Overview

• Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this is a key maintenance role within the Facilities function ensuring the smooth running of daily Operations.

Key tasks

• General site duties and building maintenance including soft services.
• Manage and control site access and deliveries via security.
• Manage Pragmatic welfare facilities.
• Assist facilities department with maintenance tasks, lift and shift duties and working at height.
• Monitor site for health and safety breaches/risks during construction phases and beyond.

Qualifications and training

• Intermediate Microsoft knowledge
• Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
• Forklift License
• IPAF license
• PASMA certified
• Electrical or mechanical qualification is preferred although not essential but must be a skilled tradesman 

Skills and experience

• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing experience
• Site Services experience, building / grounds
• Site health and safety awareness
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical plant and distribution
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Ability to process information quickly and accurately
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills; verbal and written
