Sales Operations Analyst

We are actively seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Commercial division in Cambridge! We are looking for a detailed-oriented and outgoing individual who is seeking a varied position with the eventual potential opportunity for growth. The role will be at the heart of the Pragmatic Sales team and provide data collection, analysis and reporting support to the Chief Commercial Officer and wider Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with the growing Pragmatic sales team to handle sales data enabling accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- With the support of the CCO, ensure consistency for forecasting and reporting across the sales organisation.
- Work with Finance to generate weekly sales forecast and pipeline reports & updates as well as regular management and board updates.
- Handle customer sample requests, customer on-boarding and the customer order process.
- Data capture from Sales process orders on a day-to-day basis working with manufacturing, product management and sales to prioritise and demand plan.
- Ad-hoc projects, data analysis and insight when required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Numerate or business qualification to at least A-level equivalent
- Advanced modelling and analytical skills using Microsoft Excel
- Focused with a strong attention to detail
- Business/ Commercial competence
- Organised
- Can work well under pressure
- Able to build good relationships and influence key stakeholders
Desirable
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- MS Excel/ financial modelling qualification
- Reporting experience using CRM systems
- Tech/ Manufacturing experience
- Sales experience
