Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an Interim Finance/Senior Finance Director at Pragmatic Semiconductor for a period of circa 6 months to partner with the CFO and support the business with outstanding technical accounting and reporting skills, as well as driving a strong control environment. We will be recruiting this role permanently too, so we will consider both candidates who are specialist Interims as well as those open to a temp-to-perm role.
This is a key, hands-on leadership role where you will work across the organisation and provide interim leadership to a Finance team which provides critical decision support across the company.
Operating at the heart of our fast-growing, capital-intensive technology and manufacturing business and managing a range of stakeholder requirements, this is a role that requires strong management and organisational capabilities, as well as appreciation of the complexities of the business that will enable you to bring a key influence.
We are seeking candidates comfortable operating in both a strategic and hands-on manner - at both detail and big-picture level. You will be highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively, as well as the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
The role will be based in Cambridge at our headquarters, so you will ideally be based in Cambridge or within reasonable commuting distance. Due to timescales, we require candidates to be able to start by late September/early October, at the latest.
This an outstanding opportunity for an experienced FD to join a disruptive and hugely exciting business during a critical period, as we scale our commercial and manufacturing operations.
