Overview
- The Process Integration Manager oversees and manages the process integration activities and leads a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient integration of process technologies into production.
- Their primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement process integration strategies, systems and KPIs; optimize manufacturing processes, PCMs and design rules; drive continuous improvement initiatives for PCM Yield and technology robustness; and manage the technology transfer between production lines.

- The Process Integration Manager oversees and manages the process integration activities and leads a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient integration of process technologies into production.
- Their primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement process integration strategies, systems and KPIs; optimize manufacturing processes, PCMs and design rules; drive continuous improvement initiatives for PCM Yield and technology robustness; and manage the technology transfer between production lines.
- Process Integration Strategy Development: Develop and implement process integration strategies aligned with the company's goals and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with design, device, and process engineering teams to define integration requirements and specifications.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of process integration engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support. Set clear goals and expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team's success.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and yield improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement process improvements, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new semiconductor technologies, equipment, and materials for process integration feasibility. Work closely with technology development teams to define integration requirements and ensure smooth technology transfers to production.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute process integration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, process development, equipment, and manufacturing, to ensure successful project completion.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges in process integration and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to production schedules and ensure product quality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of process integration activities, including specifications, procedures, and technical reports. Provide regular reports to management on project status, key performance indicators, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and training
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Experience in process integration, process engineering, device engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including lithography, etch, deposition, and metrology.

- Proficiency in process integration software tools and statistical analysis.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
