Overview

Pragmatic are looking for an Senior RF Product Manager who is responsible for developing a balanced portfolio and roadmap of profitable products that maintains competitive advantage in the chosen markets, whilst ensuring continuous growth for Pragmatic, by maximising return on investment working closely with all internal departments to ensure success.

Key to this role is the ability to understand, identify and pull together requirements for RF products from multiple market segments and specify products that address a range of applications needs. The PM is a critical role that is the interface between customers (internal and external) and the development teams, who is be able to translate customer needs to technical requirements and be able to develop strong value propositions, tools and materials, in conjunction with the marketing team, that facilitate the successful launch, promotion and adoption of the products. The PM will also identify and recruit the key ecosystem partners to ensure customers can rapidly adopt Pragmatic products.

Key tasks

• Planning, balancing and management of the product portfolio through the product life cycle, including price setting and margin maintenance.
• A clear product roadmap meeting cross segment market requirements.
• Defining and executing the Go to Market strategy with associated launch materials in line with the Pragmatic New Product Introduction Process.
• Developing and owning the financial business case and models.
• Support to sales on product expertise, solutions and value selling against competitor products.
• Identifying and developing 3rd party relationships were appropriate in order to accelerate time to market.

Qualifications and training

• Degree or post-graduate in electronics, physics or another relevant discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Product management certification (advantage).
