Overview
Pragmatic are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Product Development team. They will be focused on developing novel NFC and other RF ICs and releasing them to the market. This role will support the design and evaluation activities by delivering in-depth analyses of characterisation testing to extract relevant KPIs, drive improvement of data quality and identify critical relationships between simulation, test and process.
Key tasks
- Design experiments and perform detailed analysis of wafer and chip level data.
- Develop, document and implement new solutions to improve data analysis.
- Work closely with other members of the test and data analytics team.
- Create and manage software scripts to aid data analysis.
- Support product team through correlation of product performance against wafer parametrics.
Qualifications and training
- The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree or post-graduate degree level in Electronics, Engineering, Physics or equivalent experience.
- Skilled in data analysis, regression analysis and stats.
Skills and experience
- Experience in object-oriented programming languages, such as Python.
- Experience using SQL commands and data management.
- Skilled in data analysis, regression analysis and stats.
- A proven ability to solve technical problems with many different variables.
- A strong ability to work to tight deadlines and progress multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm.
- Experience with data gathering on probe stations (advantageous).
- Demonstrable use of Python data analysis libraries (advantageous).
- Familiarity with RFID test or mixed signal device testing (advantageous).
- Some understanding or electronic circuit level (advantageous).
